A dream is coming true in Kawara. We are finally getting ready to start holding classes in our school. There is still quite a bit of work to finish up but Abraham is diligently pressing on to see that the rest of the construction (please read the September newsletter), the hiring of teachers, enrolling students, preparing school materials, etc. are all ready. Classes in Burkina Faso normally begin in October. How I would love to be there and witness it all but I am still in the USA helping my parents with their needs and taking care of administration work for West African Development Ministries.
We are currently in a fund raiser to help finish out the two buildings which the government is requiring we build and also to help purchase a new vehicle for the ministry. Our pick-up truck has run well for 16 years but is needing repairs. The needed parts are very difficult to find in Burkina so our mechanic recommends replacing the vehicle.
